Terms of Service

1. Who can use Promptd

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into this agreement. By creating an account you confirm this. Promptd (clubpromptd.com) is operated by the Promptd team, an independent student project based in Spain.

2. Your account

• Give us accurate information and keep your login credentials to yourself.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You can delete your account at any time from your profile, or by emailing us.

3. Free and Premium

• The free tier includes the basic courses, quizzes and progress tracking.
• Premium costs $2.99 per month (or the yearly price shown at purchase), renews automatically, and unlocks the advanced courses, the Premium Terminal, the community, and related features. Online payment is coming soon and will be processed by Stripe.
• You can cancel anytime; you keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for. We do not refund the current period, except where the law requires it.
• EU withdrawal right: if you are an EU consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. By starting to use Premium immediately, you consent to the service beginning right away and acknowledge the withdrawal right lapses once the digital service is fully delivered, as EU law allows.

4. The 70% pledge

We pledge to donate 70% of Promptd's subscription revenue to clean-water charities. This is a voluntary commitment we take seriously, not a term you purchase; figures shown in the product about water funded or saved are good-faith estimates, clearly labeled as such.

5. Community rules

• No harassment, hate, spam, or illegal content.
• Do not post other people's personal information.
• You own the content you post, and you give us a license to display it within Promptd.
• We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Our content

Courses, quizzes, text, design and branding belong to Promptd. You may use them for your own learning. You may not scrape, copy, resell or republish them without our written permission.

7. Honest disclaimers

• Promptd teaches skills and shares opinions about AI tools. It is educational content, not professional, financial or legal advice.
• Third-party AI models change constantly. Model-specific guidance can go stale, and we do not guarantee any particular results from applying it.
• The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

8. Ending or changing the service

We may update, change or discontinue features as the project evolves. If we make material changes to these terms, we will post them here and update the effective date; continued use means you accept the new terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence still apply. Disputes go to the competent courts in Spain unless the law gives you the right to your local courts.
